Today, I will briefly introduce the working conditions of the transmission gearbox in the four stages:

Forward gear stage:

When the vehicle is in a forward state, both the input shaft clutch and the output shaft clutch are combined, the first sliding gear of the output shaft meshes with the first driving gear of the input shaft, and the input shaft drives the front section of the output shaft to rotate, and the front section of the output shaft drives the rear section of the output shaft to rotate, the engine power can be smoothly output to the wheels.

Vehicle shift phase:

When the vehicle is in the shifting state, the driver disengages the input shaft clutch and the transmission input shaft loses power; the wheel becomes the active part, and the power is input to the gearbox in reverse. At this time, due to the one-way transmission of the output shaft clutch, the reverse The driven output shaft clutch is in a disengaged state. At this time, the transmission input shaft and the front section of the transmission output shaft are in a state of losing driving force, and the output shaft sliding gear meshes with the second driving gear of the input shaft on the input shaft through the shift fork. Complete the smooth shifting operation.

Reverse gear stage:

When the vehicle needs to go backward, the clutch of the input shaft is disengaged, the reverse sliding gear meshes with the reverse intermediate gear through the shift fork, the reverse intermediate gear meshes with the reverse driving gear of the input shaft, and at the same time, the reverse transmission shaft and the locking clutch sleeve The toggle shafts are linked together, so that the locking clutch sleeve locks the front section of the output shaft and the rear section of the output shaft together through the inner splines of the locking clutch sleeve to realize the rotation of the rear section of the output shaft.

Engine braking phase:

When the vehicle goes downhill and needs engine braking, the driver operates the locking clutch sleeve alone, locks the front section of the output shaft and the rear section of the output shaft, and then engages the first forward gear, and the vehicle has the engine braking function.
