The tractor gear pump hydraulic lifting system is mainly composed of a gear pump, a lifting cylinder, a distributor (above the road valve), and a connecting oil pipe. The main function of the gear pump is to provide pressure oil for the hydraulic system, the main function of the lifting cylinder is to lift or lower the agricultural implement, and the main function of the distributor is to control the flow of the pressure oil.

Hydraulic system failures often occur in the use of tractors, and the hydraulic lifting system is the system with the highest failure rate. Today, I will explain to you how to solve the failure of the tractor gear pump.

 

1. The agricultural machinery is too heavy, does not match the tractor, or the connection hole between the lower rod and the lifting rod is used improperly. After the new car is equipped with agricultural tools, if the lifting is weak, the first thing to consider is whether it is caused by the overweight and mismatch of the agricultural tools. If other tractors of the same model are equipped with this type of implement and the lift is normal, then there is a problem with the hydraulic lift of the tractor. If other tractors of the same model cannot lift, it is caused by the mismatch between the tractor and the implement or the implement is overweight. If the agricultural implement has been used for a period of time, it can be lifted normally, but now the inability to lift must be the problem of the tractor itself. It is also possible that the holes connecting the drop and lift rods are not used properly. Some tractors have two holes that can be attached to the lift bar. If the front hole is used to connect, the tractor's lifting force will be smaller, but if the rear hole is used to connect, the lifting force will be larger, which is mainly caused by the change in the length of the moment arm. Therefore, when matching heavy farm implements, the lifting rod should be connected to the hole behind the lower rod.

 

2. The hydraulic oil filter is blocked, resulting in weak lifting and unable to lift. The blockage of the hydraulic oil filters is also a common problem of the hydraulic systems, which is caused by poor cleanliness of hydraulic oil, long-term failure to change oil, and deterioration of hydraulic oil. At this time, the oil filter should be cleaned and the hydraulic oil should be replaced.

 

3. The lifting hydraulic oil of the tractor is insufficient, and the oil circuit leaks. First, check whether the hydraulic oil circuit is leaking and whether the hydraulic oil is sufficient. If there is oil leakage or lack of oil, add hydraulic oil to the specified oil level, check and eliminate oil leakage.

 

4. The hydraulic oil model of the tractor is not suitable. For example, the hydraulic oil added to the tractor has poor low-temperature resistance. In cold winter, the temperature is low, the oil viscosity is high, the hydraulic oil filter is slow to filter, and the oil flow is insufficient. At this time, add hydraulic oil that meets the requirements of the tractor manual.

 

5. The air inlet of the hydraulic pipeline, that is, the air inlet in the oil suction circuit. If the oil suction circuit of the lifting system is not tightly sealed, air will be sucked in, and the air and oil will be stirred to form foam and emulsification. The air will be easily compressed and its volume will be smaller, resulting in lower lift pressure and weaker lift. If it is found that the tractor cannot lift the farm implements and the hydraulic oil tank has foam, the tightness of the pipes should be carefully checked and the air of the hydraulic system should be excluded.

 

6. The distributor is caused by the low pressure of the safety valve of the road valve. When the tractor lifts the farm implement, the pressure of the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic lifting system drops due to the low pressure of the safety valve opening in advance, so that it cannot be lifted without lifting. At this time, the opening pressure of the safety valve should be adjusted and increased.

 

7. The oil temperature of the hydraulic system is too high, resulting in weak lifting. If the temperature of the hydraulic lifting system is too high, the viscosity of the lifting hydraulic oil will decrease, and the leakage in the hydraulic system oil will increase, resulting in large pressure loss and weak lifting.

 

8. Serious internal leakage of the gear pump leads to weak promotion and no promotion. Serious internal leakage of the gear pump will reduce the flow and pressure of the gear pump, resulting in the weak lifting of the agricultural implement. The serious internal leakage of the gear pump is caused by the serious wear of the gear pump or the poor sealing, and the leakage of the sealing ring of the gear pump. If the poor seal is caused by the aging or damage of the gear pump seal, it can be replaced with a new seal. If the gear pump shaft sleeve and gear pair are worn, it can only be solved by replacing the new pump.

 

9. The valve core and the distributor valve sleeve are poorly sealed or exceed the road valve, the lowering valve is poorly sealed, and the oil return valve is stuck, resulting in weak lifting and unable to lift. At this time, the pressure oil from the gear pump will leak due to poor sealing, resulting in low-pressure oil pressure.

 

10. The internal leakage of the lifting cylinder makes the oil pressure inside the lifting cylinder low, making the lifting implement weak or unable to lift.

 

11. In addition, the cylinder bracket is cracked, the outer lift arm is cracked, the lift shaft is broken, and the inner lift arm is broken; the pinholes and pins connected to the upper and lower cylinders are worn, poor lubrication, and stuck deformation will also cause lifting failure.
