The hydraulic system must be equipped with a safety valve and a remote device. The fuel tank must be dust-proof to prevent mud and sand and other debris from entering the oil and cleaned regularly. The oil suction pipe should be as short as possible, generally no more than 500mm, and elbows and oil pipes should be used as little as possible. No air leakage is allowed.

The working fluid is prescribed for use: HC-8# diesel engine oil is used in winter, and HC-11# diesel engine oil is used in summer. The working temperature is -10°C to 70°C.

Installation requirements:

The driving shaft of the pump is not allowed to bear radial force and axial force (for example, the length of the spline sleeve during installation and connection shall not exceed the effective length of the spline of the pump driving shaft, and the power shaft end and coupling sleeve cannot end with the spline of the gear pump shaft extension There is any axial conflict with the steps on the shaft). In special cases, if there is radial force and axial force, please contact the company for special order.

The installation coaxiality between the driving shaft of the pump and the output shaft of the prime mover shall not be greater than 0.05mm, and the perpendicularity between the installation plane of the pump support and the stop shall not be greater than 0.05mm. The connecting part at both ends of the coupling sleeve should also ensure the coaxiality within 0.05mm.

The suction height of the pump is not more than 0.5m, and the oil inlet pipe diameter should ensure that the flow rate is less than 2m/s, that is, the oil inlet pipe diameter d≥3.25 (mm), where Q is the pump inlet flow Q (liter) = q·n .

The oil inlet pipe and flange of the pump should not leak air.
