When the charged particles reach the electric field between the collecting discs of the purifier, the particles are attracted by the metal washing discs and adhere to the metal discs, thereby separating the oil mist from the air and achieving the purification effect.

 

Comparison of centrifugal and electrostatic oil mist separators:

 

The centrifugal oil mist separator has a wide range of applications, and the requirements of the multi-shop environment are not very high; the electrostatic oil mist separator can only be used in a relatively dry workshop environment. For workshops with very large mist, the conductivity of water is easy. Short circuit the oil mist separator electric field.

 

The separation effect of the centrifugal oil mist separator is not as fine as that of static electricity. The separable particle diameter of an electrostatic oil mist separator can be as small as 0.01 micron.
